Meek Mill and Me

So…I figured that I would hop out the motherfucking Porsche and let the people know what has been going on with me. With the developments involving my fellow Philadelphian, Meek Mill, I feel like I should:

A. Unleash my feelings as well.

B. Show that those from my city aren’t completely petty (just a lil’ bit petty).

If you haven’t been under a rock, then you know that Meek Mill made the unwise decision of starting a Twitter beef with Drake. Drake allegedly had a ghostwriter write a verse on Meek Mill’s track “R.I.C.O” and also most importantly, Drake did not tweet out a link to Meek Mill’s album when it dropped. *crickets*

Since then it has been all downhill for Meek…kind of like my life had been for the last two months.

sad meekInstead of dragging other people into my issues via Twitter, I am choosing to go a better route and just tell y’all why I’m really mad (Meek everyone knows it’s more to this story. Let’s just be honest, let’s just be real).

Somebody gotta keep it 100 for the city and I’m just going to give it to you real. real rap raw

I randomly got ridiculously sick with some yet to be diagnosed illness. Your girl was truly down for the count. My already Ariana Grande-built ass body became even smaller, my hands and feet tingled constantly, and no one could figure out what was wrong. All this craziness mixed with nice weather and a feeling of me missing out and losing control led me to deep depression.

I’m getting better now and finally I feel my ain’t shit self is coming back to normal. I am so happy this happened just in time for the coming of the 6 God I knew Jimmy would come to be!

Never Forget

But all jokes aside, I really did suffer through some shit, to the point where I had to get some outside help (oh yes, black people do go to therapy) and really get my whole self together.

I suggest Meek Mill do the same after this ordeal. Meek, if you are reading this I could give you my therapists’ card, she’s in the suburbs, nobody will recognize you.

Again, I’m extremely happy to be back to resume a regular posting schedule and to feel like a regular person, finally.

Plus, Meek is down right now, Bill Cosby is exposed…I feel like Philly needs a new hero so it might as well be me.

  1. You have no idea how happy I am that you’re back and feeling better.
Perhaps getting back to a regular routine will help you get out of your ‘funk’ (for lack of a better word )
Happy to read you’re feeling better. Sending lots of well-wishes and positivity your way ❤
